The rights to any videos you upload are yours, but by uploading them here you assign us a non-exlcusive license to use them as we wish - this will generally be for content, promotion, streaming and clip usage both here and on our related sites while they (the videos) exist our server. We can use images from the video for poster frames, ads etc to promote this service as we see fit. We may also wish to use sections of the videos as part of our own programming, but you will be contacted about this should that be the case. We won't sell or re-license your stuff - but if that situation does arise, we will contact you. You can terminate the license by removing the video(s) and letting us know by email. We reserve the rights to remove any uploaded material without consultation (we may have to do it sharpish and cannot necessarily wait for you to be contacted).

You must ensure that any you own the copyright of images or audio in the material you upload are all yours (eg: you created them), and that they dont contain any illegal or offensive material. If there is any nasty legal business as a result of your content (eg: we are contacted by a anyone concerning these matters), you will be solely responsible, Sonic State Limited does not accept any liability.
